How to Write a Review
Once you’ve purchased and received your Lug item, you can leave a review on the product page for other Lug customers to read. Reviews should be focused on the product itself; for example, information about the product’s fit, how customers can use it, how you’re enjoying it.
Here’s how to leave a review:
1. Head to www.luglife.com
2. Type the product name, that you would like to review, in the search bar on the right side of your www.luglife.com homepage
3. Once on the product page, scroll down to the “Customer Reviews” section and hit the “Write a review” link
4. You will then be prompted with 6 empty fields that you will need to fill out (listed below)
- Name
- Location
- Product Rating
- Review Title
- Review
5. Once you are satisfied with your review, click the “Submit Review” button
