FREE SHIPPING

We offer free shipping on orders with subtotals equal or greater than $100. All free shipping offers apply to a single address shipping within Canada and the United States only and excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and the Territories.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING

All orders are subject to availability and credit card authentication. During sale and holiday periods, additional processing time may be required. Excludes Alaska, Hawaii and the Territories. Place your order by Dec 16 to guarantee delivery by Dec 24.

WHAT IS LUG'S SHIPPING POLICY?

When you place an order on luglife.com, in-stock items leave our shipping facility within 72 business hours from your order being placed, Monday through Friday excluding statutory holidays. If you have any questions about specific shipping needs, please email us at customercare@luglife.com

WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?

Standard Ground shipping is available through UPS. Orders placed using a free shipping promotion will be shipped via a shipping carrier of Lug's choice.  Free shipping promotions are excluded in Northwest Territories, Yukon and Nunavut.

WHAT LOCATIONS DO YOU SHIP?

We currently offer shipping within the USA and Canada only. We do not offer shipping internationally at this time.
