Lug offers a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturer defects only. Any damages resulting from misuse, abuse or from normal wear and tear, included that caused by airlines or other carriers are not covered under our policy. Defects may include:
- Broken zipper or hardware
- Stitching issues
- Removable strap issues
If your claim falls within the warranty period, please fill out the form below. Please note that warranty claims without a receipt will not be processed. Accepted warranty claims are eligible for a new product of equal or lesser value to the product under warranty. Only products purchased in the past 30 days directly from Luglife.com are eligible for monetary refund.

For items purchased from a retailer that is not Luglife.com, please contact the retailer for their warranty policy. Luglife.com will not exchange or accept returns made from Retailers other than Luglife.com
Warranty claims are evaluated at Lug's sole discretion and Lug reserves the right to refuse any claim deemed to fall outside of the guidelines above. Please allow up to 10 business days for your request to be processed.
